Specialist equity record management.
Your equity records, organised and maintained.
For individuals holding shares in private, private equity-backed, and listed companies.
Share ownership can accumulate over time - across multiple holdings, different share classes, acquisitions, disposals, transfers, option exercises, employee share awards and corporate transactions.
Without a clear record, that history can become difficult to reconstruct, and key cost information may be hard to evidence.
The Equity Hub organises your shareholding history into a single, accurate record:
A clearly structured transaction history
Cost information organised from available records
Documents filed in a logical order
Easy to share with your accountant or tax adviser
All client work is conducted through a dedicated secure portal, supporting the secure exchange of messages and documents, with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication and controlled access permissions.
The Equity Hub is a share record management service. It does not provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
-
The Equity Hub offers three services: a standalone Consultation, a fixed-fee Equity Records Review, and Ongoing Equity Support for clients whose shareholding continues to evolve.

This may include reviewing how your records are currently structured, discussing specific points in your shareholding history, identifying gaps in the information held, or considering how your records could be presented more clearly to your accountant or tax adviser.
Sessions are available in two formats:
30 minutes - £125
60 minutes - £225This is a self-contained engagement and does not include the preparation of a full shareholding record. No further commitment is required.

-
The Equity Hub is for individuals who want clear, organised and reliable records of their share ownership - including what they hold, how their position has changed over time, what they paid or invested, and the key documents supporting their ownership.
Whether you are setting up a clean record from the start, maintaining clarity as your ownership evolves, or reviewing historic activity that has become difficult to follow, The Equity Hub helps bring structure and confidence to your equity records.
It is particularly useful where there are multiple holdings, different share classes, employee share awards, option exercises, transfers, disposals or corporate transactions.
-
A consultation is a live discussion designed to help you understand your equity records, ask questions and identify the next steps.
An Equity Records Review is a separate project where we review the relevant documents and information, organise the share ownership history, and provide a structured summary or output based on the agreed scope.
A consultation is best if you need guidance or want to talk through your position. An Equity Records Review is best if you want your records reviewed, organised and clearly documented.
-
Ongoing Equity Support is an annual subscription for clients whose shareholding continues to evolve. Clients upload new share-related documents to their dedicated secure portal as transactions or equity events occur. The Equity Hub then updates the shareholding tracker and files the documents within the agreed folder structure.
-
Shareholding records are often incomplete or fragmented. The Equity Hub can organise the information available, identify gaps in the records, and structure the information clearly. Where information is missing, this will be noted rather than assumed.
-
Client work is conducted through a dedicated secure client portal, supporting secure document upload, in-portal messaging and access to completed records, with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication and controlled access permissions.
