Depending on your requirements, this may include:
Chronological record of share acquisitions, transfers, and corporate transactions.
Base cost calculation for each holding.
Record of shareholding across all arrangements - personal, through a company, trust, or jointly held.
Fee agreed before any work begins, based on the complexity of your share transaction history.

We keep your equity records accurate and up to date as your shareholding evolves.
Depending on your requirements, this may include:
Updating records as new transactions occur
Tracking vesting schedules and award dates
Recording transfers, exercises, and disposals as they occur
Annual summary of your shareholding position at each tax year end
Two biannual review calls to discuss your records and confirm accuracy
All records held and accessible within your secure client portal
Clients provide documentation relating to new transactions via their secure portal. We review, organise, and update the record accordingly.
A current and accurate historical record must be in place before this service begins. If yours is not yet in order, we can establish this through a Share Records Review - available as a separate, fixed-fee engagement.

Client Portal
All client work at The Equity Hub is conducted through a dedicated encrypted portal. Documentation, completed records, and all correspondence are held securely - accessible to you at any time, from any device.
Your portal includes:
Secure document upload - share documentation directly and confidentially, without email attachments
In-portal messaging - all communication between you and The Equity Hub takes place within the portal, encrypted and retained
Record delivery - completed records delivered directly to your portal, with all previous versions retained for your reference
Accessible from any device - your portal and all its contents are available to you at any time
Security
Our portal meets SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA compliance standards. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your documentation is accessible only to you and The Equity Hub - never shared, forwarded, or transmitted outside the portal environment.
