Meet the founder
The Equity Hub was founded by Justyna Danisewicz, who brings more than a decade of experience managing equity arrangements within private equity-backed businesses.
She has worked extensively with ownership changes, management and employee equity, share transactions, leavers, governance and share record management, including responsibility for more than 3,000 employee shareholders.
This experience gives The Equity Hub a practical understanding of how equity arrangements work in real businesses - turning complex legal structures into clear, workable processes.
