The Equity Hub was established to support individuals whose share ownership has evolved across multiple transactions, structures or periods of time - and who need that history properly organised and clearly presented.
Equity structures are rarely straightforward, and the documentation that surrounds them is often incomplete, fragmented or difficult to follow. The Equity Hub was created to fill the gap between professional tax and legal advice, and the accurate, organised records that make that advice possible.

Meet the founder
The Equity Hub was founded by Justyna Danisewicz, who has over a decade of experience managing complex equity structures within private equity-backed businesses.
Her work has involved supporting businesses through changing ownership structures, employee shareholdings, equity transactions and share record management. This gives The Equity Hub a practical understanding of the detail, accuracy and organisation needed to keep equity records clear, reliable and easy to work with.
