The Equity Hub was founded to support individuals whose share ownership has evolved across multiple transactions, structures, or periods of time - and who need that history properly organised and clearly understood.

Our founder brings over a decade of experience working within PE-backed and employee-owned companies, covering the full private equity cycle - from initial investment through to exit - including share exchanges, corporate transactions, and the transition to new ownership structures.

We understand equity documentation from the inside - and we use that knowledge to produce records that are accurate, clearly presented, and immediately useful.
