These terms apply to all Equity Consultation bookings made through The Equity Hub. By completing payment at the time of booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. The service
Equity Consultation - a paid, fixed-duration consultation for individuals who require focused input on a specific share records matter. This may include reviewing how your records are currently structured, discussing specific points in your shareholding history, identifying gaps in the information held, or considering
how your records could be presented more clearly to your accountant or tax adviser. This is a self-contained engagement. It does not include the preparation of a full shareholding record, and no further commitment is required following the session.
2. What this does not cover
This consultation is limited to discussion and direction relating to your share records. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Where matters fall outside the scope of share record organisation, you will be directed to seek appropriate professional advice. If your requirements extend to producing a full shareholding record, this would be a separate engagement under a Shareholding Records Review.
3. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. The fee shown for your session is the complete fee for that consultation. It does not include any further sessions, follow-up calls, or ongoing work, which would each be booked and charged separately.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so through the booking link at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
5. How the session works
Consultations are conducted via Google Meet. A link will be included in your booking confirmation email. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, as subsequent appointments may follow. No additional time will be added and no partial refund will be given for time lost due to a late start on your part. No written notes, summary, or recording of the session will be provided by The Equity Hub. You are welcome to take your own notes during the call. Sessions are not recorded.

7. Your responsibility to verify and act on information
This consultation is intended to help you understand and organise your share records. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and nothing discussed should be acted upon without independent verification. You are responsible for verifying any information discussed against your own records and documentation, and for taking your own decisions, in consultation with your accountant, tax adviser, or other qualified professional as appropriate, before acting on anything covered in this session.
