  • The Equity Hub offers three services: a standalone Consultation, a fixed-fee Equity Records Review, and Ongoing Equity Support for clients whose shareholding continues to evolve.

    A complimentary 15-minute introductory call is available for prospective clients who would like to discuss their shareholding position and confirm whether The Equity Hub may be able to assist.

  • A paid, fixed-duration consultation for individuals who require focused input on a specific share records matter.

    This may include reviewing how your records are currently structured, discussing specific points in your shareholding history, identifying gaps in the information held, or considering how your records could be presented more clearly to your accountant or tax adviser.

    Sessions are available in two formats:

    30 minutes - £125
    60 minutes - £225

    This is a self-contained engagement and does not include the preparation of a full shareholding record. No further commitment is required.

  • A fixed-fee review to organise your existing shareholding history into a clear, tailored record - structured and ready to use with your accountant or tax adviser.

    Depending on your requirements, this may include:

    • A chronological summary of your share transactions

    • Cost and acquisition information organised from available records

    • Holdings and supporting documents arranged in a clear structure

    The fee is agreed before any work begins and is based on the complexity of your share transaction history.

  • For clients whose shareholding continues to evolve and who want their records kept accurate, current and accessible.

    This service is suitable for shares held in private, private equity-backed or listed companies.

    Depending on your requirements, this may include:

    • Updated shareholding records

    • Transaction and cost information maintained

    • Vesting, award and key equity dates tracked

    • Clear folder structure for all supporting documents

    • Secure portal access to records and documents

    • One annual review call

    A current and accurate historical record must be in place before this service begins. If required, this can be established through a Equity Records Review as a separate, fixed-fee engagement.

    Annual subscription. Fee agreed at the outset based on the expected level of activity and complexity.
