All engagements begin with a complimentary 15-minute introductory call.

We produce a clear, tailored record of your shareholding history - ready to use with your accountant or solicitor.
Depending on your requirements, this may include:
Chronological record of share acquisitions, transfers, and corporate transactions
Base cost calculation for each holding
Record of shareholding across all arrangements - personal, company, trust
Summary of current holdings at the point of engagement
Fee agreed before any work begins, based on the complexity of your share transaction history.

We keep your equity records accurate and current as your shareholding evolves.
Depending on your requirements, this may include:
Updating records as new transactions occur
Tracking vesting schedules and award dates
Recording transfers, exercises, and disposals as they happen
Annual summary of your shareholding position at each tax year end
Two biannual review calls to discuss your records and confirm accuracy
All records held and accessible within your secure client portal
How it works: Clients provide documentation relating to new transactions via their secure portal. We review, organise, and update the record accordingly.
A current and accurate historical record must be in place before this service begins. If yours is not yet in order, we can establish this through a Share Records Review - available as a separate, fixed-fee engagement.
Annual subscription. Fee agreed at outset.
